About

I was a Dynamics AX developer and technical consultant from 2006-2019.

In 2019 I transitioned roles over to Worldwide Learning within Microsoft. I love learning!

In early 2023 I got hooked on AI and am currently exploring its possibilities for it to help us with Dynamics, with learning, or with learning Dynamics! Sometimes I’ll veer off to other ways AI can help us.

Dynamics AX developer, learning as I go along.

“Janet E Blake was introduced to Axapta 3.0 in 2006 by a friend who promised she “would never get bored” – and kept that promise. She has worked at two partners and is now at “the mothership.” She has two degrees from New York University and spends her free time blogging here at https://janeteblake.wordpress.com, searching for AX books, and pondering her next certification.

Janet has been a reviewer on Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R2 Administration Cookbook, which was published in November 2013, Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 Services (second edition) (May 2014), and Mastering Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 Programming (June 2015).”

Update 2016: I am now a Microsoft employee, but want to make very clear that the opinions here are only my own. #ProudToBeMicrosoft

I consider myself so blessed to be among some real superstars.

    Hi, Janet.

Just a quick note to say thanks for posting these AX 2012 issues – very helpful! I also really enjoyed the “memes” post.

Thanks again – keep up the great posting!

    Best regards,
