I wanted to interrupt my regularly scheduled technical conference commenting to highlight a new blog post. My colleague, Lean Manufacturing expert Phil Coy, has published a blog post called Lean by the Numbers: A Quantitative Understanding. It reflects on his experience at the recent Association for Manufacturing Excellence (AME) conference in Toronto.
